This collection agency uses unethical and illegal intimidation practices to bully debtors into paying them money. Their employees specialize in harrassment techniques, utilizing the "good cop-bad cop" scenario and any other means at their disposal to intimidate and scare people into paying them.

After being harrassed at my workplace for several days, I broke down and gave them my account information, before ever seeing anything on paper to prove I owed them money. They then ILLEGALLY debited my account $500 without my permission.

There have been several claims filed against them with the district attorney's office, as well as the Better Business Bureau and the FTC.

If these people contact you, do not speak to them. Stay as far away from them as you can!

Never give bank account # to a debt collector

AUTHOR: msmontecarlo - (USA)

POSTED: Sunday, February 24, 2013

This is a good example why  you never give you  bank account # to a  debt collector they  cannot be trusted. My advice to you is  go to you bank were you have the accout at, close it and reopen it with new  #s if they call back and ask you for the new # refuse to give and hang up. If they call at work put them on hold. You should of also asked for verification of the debt if there was 1 . This idiot also could of been a scammer.
