I'm here to leave an honest and truthful review about my experience with Athletes One (athletesone.com), a sports apparel/sports autograph company. Untimely delivery of the product and received a partial order and did not receive a refund.   I placed an order for 4 Kansas City Chiefs Justin Houston T-shirts and three 8x10 autograph photos. According to the website and the order/billings details, three of the T-shirts included an 8x10 autographed photo (1 photo per Tshirt.) The order was placed on August 15th, 2015, but I did not receive the product until mid-October. Their excuse was a systems issue but did not notify me about this. I had to reach out to their customer service department who did not assist or help me. Athletes One didn't even acknowledge or apologize for the inconvenience of never receiving my package. They were very difficult to work with. They were not professional through this entire process. I have many screens shots of Direct Messages from Twitter and Emails with their degrading and belittling comments. Comments such as calling me "Big guy" "Tough guy" and "Get a life" all because I tagged them in a tweet about my experience and frustration. I then took a screen shot of their DM's from Twitter and posted the screen shots on my twitter feed. Their Twitter Administrator demanded that I delete my Tweets or I will not receive my package. They were basically holding my package hostage if I didn't delete my Social Media posts.  I asked for a manager. He called me and talked the entire time and explained how his company handled this in an unprofessional manner. The manager did not let me speak at all. He took over the conversation and never resolved the issue beside saying "I will put this in express mail right away".   He did not send the package through express mail. The package came in a very untimely manner. I waited almost 2 months for my package. I shouldn't be receiving my order in October when the order was placed August 15th.  When the package finally arrived, I only received a partial order. Two of the three 8x10 photos were not included. I reached out to their customer service and was lashed at by their email team for being a difficult and unruly customer. I didn't do anything wrong. I was a frustrated customer, and Athletes One had no intentions of resolving the issue. I attached a copy of the billing details that clearly showed I ordered 7 items but only received 5. They did not acknowledge the copy of the billing details and told me to get a life. I simply wanted what I ordered. Their email team was emailing me at 9:30pmCT telling me to get a life, and may you find peace in your life. 49 emails total from Athletes One. This is no way to talk to a customer. They then said they would issue a refund for me (I do not trust them to refund the money at this point, they are a small company). However, the person running their email account said I would face many "processing fees" for a refund and I would have to pay for shipping as well.  I used to like this company and their products. I am most upset that it took two months to receive my package, and how rude their customer service was. It was appalling. I would like to advise anyone that’s thinking about placing an order with Athletes One, to think twice. I personally would not recommend this company to anyone. Current and future athletes should not associate themselves with Athletes One. This is a poorly managed company that has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Thank you for reading.
