ATL Boss Divaz Latinaz Rhonda K R Kay Ben, I built a website for atlbossdivaz latinaz and they did not pay for the work Atlanta Georgia

I was contracted by Rhonda K of Boss Divaz Latinaz to build a website for her so called Reality TV Show. I created the website in both English and Spanish. Our agreement was 3 payments of $oblem making the payments of 200 each. The first payment was due to start work and she only paid $100. When I asked she said she was low on money. I let that go and continued working on the website. Then when it came time to make the next payment again only $100. I saked again same response low on money. Then when it came time to make a payment again this time she said she had 0 money. Then she said that she would make a payment on Decemeber 13th. I emailed her on the 10th to confirm that she was going to make the full payment this time on the 13th. She did not respond saying there would be any problem making the payment on the 13th. And this time on the 13th 0 was paid. I confronted her about this and her excuse again was no money. She said that she would make the payment on the 21st of Decemeber. Instead she transferred the domain back to go daddy. I continue to exercize my constitutional right to free speech and will continue to let people know not do work for her because she does not pay her bills. I read some troubling things prior to this problem that many cast members were leaving the show and that should have been a warning sign. My experience with Rhonda K of Boss Divaz Latinaz has neen horrible, I also was told by her that she was having problems with the people that did the filming for the pilot and the photographer lol. I guess they did not get paid either lol .
