Our refrigerator was on the blink -- 50 degrees inside. We called for a repair person. The web site looked fine and the people were oh-so-nice. A Russian man came and tried to repair it the simplest way -- change the freon. Ka-ching.

Two days later (A Saturday), the same problem. We called and they came back on Monday. MANY HUNDREDS of dollars later, we had a new compressor and "heater" in the fridge. He was there until 9pm...

Next day SAME THING.... He came BACK at 8pm until 10:30 and cleaned the system out again, this time it has been OK for a week.

BUT -- I later found out that this should have been under warranty and he overcharged by some 250% over what another (although unavailable) company would have charged. We feel very taken for - at a moment of weakness and need to have the fridge back and functioning after losing $100 worth of food -- TWICE. The company stand by its work and its price.

DO NOT do business with any appliance company with the phone number 404.728-0488 or 770-552-9160. They seem to be companies which are NOT incorporated and which are fronts for something. The "owner" referred me to who I thought was a technician and acted as if he was just a call center for independent contractors, not the business with whom I contracted. It's very confusing and easy to get taken.
