I had given Rhett a decent amount of repeat business and still consider him to be a good guy. However on a purely professional level I must say that he's really disappointed me and could never use him again. About the third time I used him, he came to my workplace to remove dings from both my left and right-side door panels. Unable to oversee his work, he went ahead and scratched the right side window considerably and scratched the tint on the inside of the left-side window in a very visible fashion.
The dings were still visible to some degree but considerably reduced. I think he could have done better. The worst part of all of this was that upon politely inquiring about the damage, I never received any answer. Rhett had always been flaky in returning responses and I suspect that since he is not insured he was concerned about the cost of the repair coming out of his pocket. All I really asked for was someone he could refer me to in order to take care of the damage.
Very disappointing experience in all. He advertises around Atlanta on signs with his phone number on them, and on Craigslist as well offering paintless dent repair (PDR). He can often wears a beanie cap, has long blond hair and drives a beat up pickup trucks. Take caution when employing his services.

I am not sure if this is the same guy....but your description sounds like it is the same guy. I dont remember his name but the truck and the signs I do remember. I saw one of his signs near a publix in atlanta. I called the number and spoke to this dent guy. I described my dents and he gave me a really good price so I was glad that I called the number.
We scheduled a time for him to come over and meet me at my house. He was five minutes late but they were doing construction down at the entrance to my neighborhood so I cant really blame him. Any way, he looked my car over and said that the price he gave me over the phone was good because I described the damage accurately. He said a couple of the dents were larger than I described but not too much to make a difference.
I asked him if he would be able to do the job and he said yes but he spent ten minutes or more looking for and showing me any dent, scratch or blimish on the vehicle. He showed me scratches on my rear view mirrors , scratches on my back window caused by my windshield wipers, he even showed me scrapes on the face of my tires near one of the dents he was going to work on.
After walking around with this guy for ten or more minutes I asked him what the deal was. Why are you pointing out all of these things. He laughed and said that he had just left a guy that was trying to blame previous damage on him.
The dent guy said that some customers aren't aware of all the damage on their vehicles, but go around after the job is completed looking for potential problems. Problems they really have never taken the time to look for before.
This dent guy and I had a long laugh at his story. It was hilarious and I understand why he was showing me all of the damage on my vehicle.
About an hour later I came back out and this dent guy was finished. He had removed the dents for much cheaper than other quotes I had recieved. And he was a cool guy who I will use again in the future.
I still have his number on the piece of paper I initially wrote it on when I saw his sign. I would recommend this guy if you are looking to get dents removed at a reasonable price.
At least I had good luck with calling one of those guys off their signs.
