Description:I ordered a Squirrel baffle from these people because I was having a serious issue with squirrels and they sent me the WRONG product .

I contacted them for a refund, they said that this would be handled easily by requesting an RMA.

So I ordered the request for the RMA and when I received it , it stated I had to pay for return shipping !

This is unsatisfactory as it was NOT my fault someone in their employ was NOT paying attention to their job and shipped the wrong product to me !

I should not have to pay for a mistake that was NOT caused by me !

I called to complain about this, the lady answering phones said she would file a ticket.

I waited 3 days and heard nothing so I called back.

The same lady answered the phone and when I told her who I was and why I was calling , she became very rude and said I suggest since you only have 10 days to return the item , that you do it !

She was very unpleasant , never addressed my concerns as to why I have to pay for something that was not my mistake !

I had sent a letter via email to the CEO which I have a copy of if need be , and I never was responded to in reference to my concerns.

This in my opinion , is NOT how business should be conducted !

 The item was an inexpensive item however , it does not matter the cost , it is the quality of service and the level of respect that matters.

 In this dealing with this company , I feel disrespected , and the service I received is HORRIBLE at best !

I also own a business and would never even entertain the idea of treating my customers with such disregard for their concerns !

 This is not how consumers, in today's economy especially, should be treated !

 I am completely appalled at this company and will NEVER use their services again  and strongly urge all that read this to stay way from this disrespectful lame company that likes ripping people off !
