Atlantic Magazine Services telemarketing fraud Deerfield Beach Florida

Subscription service started in my name and using my credit card. Was told service cannot be canceled b/c payment by Atlantic Magazine had been made. Called magazines to find this is untrue and no subscription has been made in my name. I have notified Better Business Bureau and will notify both the Attorney General and FBI next. Others on this site have had problems with the same company.

They offer "discount" magazine subscriptions for 16 payments of $66.32. However, this comes out to be $1,050 over 5 years. The magazines I was signed up for come out to roughly $300 (after checking current subscription rates); this is a 300% markup. If anyone receives a phone call from answer it otherwise they will call every hour of every day until they get someone.

Then, say "NO" to anything they offer and do not give any information beyond your name. This company is very dishonest and needs to be investigated by someone, anyone.
