Atlas Roofing Roofing Ripoffs Continued in Houston Texas

mr sweeney has tried numerous times to get something for free and has officially crossed all lines number one his complaint was unjust i have letters stating his roof did not leak from him he wanted the roof hand nailed not gun nailed he has had nothing but a ten year old fit over this his contract never stated this i will post his contract tomm also i do not reside in alabama the manager there jeff trotter was handling all of his correspondence with d**k sweeney. the lawsuit he tried to entertain was never sent to the right address as listed legaly he tried sending to a fake adress to obtain judgement in his suit this has been noted by the attornies and his suit is without any and all merit, he has also posted on here private personal information wich legaly cannot be obtained and as of 04-01-2009 we have filed a criminal complaint with the sheriffs office and he will be held liable for any and all damages occuring from this matter (if he had a real attorney he would have been told not to do this lmao)
in short we roof over 30 homes per week in texas we roof 15 to 20 roofs per week in alabama so if i get one baby out of over 2500 per year i am glad that is great numbers for customer service we are currentley listed in the top 100 roofing contractors in the nation by RSI roofing siding industry (i guess they also lie huh d**k sweeney) and as for using the BBB logo we paid over 1400 dollars per year for that right so please show me wrong i have receipts do you d**k sweeney it is funny how people get on here and rant and rave but list some documents. we do the best we can to keep everyone happy but you cant and if we are one or two unhappy out of 2500 i am very proud heck 100 mad would still be nothing. we roof for the largest contractors in the country and have kept them and all of our other customers happy for years. that is why when you call our company you get me the owner anytime you want how many companies can say there owner would do that and if you are respectable decent i we the company will do anything to make you happy.
at the end of the day many more are happy than sad and that is progress
i am going to fly to alabama this weekend and meet d**k sweeney personally to see what he has to say i think it will be well worth the 200 dollar plane ticket.

with the internet people should be carefull i have 3 beautiful sons who live with there mother in alabama and for people to be illegaly posting my private information on here is a very sensetive this is for buiss purpose only and d**k sweeney has crossed the lines while putting my children in harms way with identity theft and online predators, you can cuss me or my buiss but dont ever touch my children or touch there lives i assure you i will exhaust every means legally and other to assure you a sick person like d**k sweeney never does anything like this again see you sat d**k

I just read Lee/Leo W Scheidler's rebuttal to Rip-off Report #422999 and wonder how much of the rebuttal is fact rather than imagined truth. We need an indepth investigation to determine what truth there is in his business and whether or not his business is actually part of the larger Atlas Roofing. I have another online statement from Leo W. Scheidler that one would have to question. Here it is:

where do i start lol, after a couple of different job changes moved back to florida to work with brother in law in roofing company became the number one salesperson in one year over 50 sales people took over production then vice president of operations, saved some money and bought a small company in mobile alabama had 12 employees when purchased with some great advertising and hiring and training a excellent sales staff (and some hurricanes lol) we know have over 300 employees and we are rated in the top 100 roofing companies in the united states. and remain debt free to date, and have had our strongest year in 2007 with no storms company has 4 locations on the gulf coast we cover from pensacola to new orleans, primary buissness is residential and new construction, slogans used in advertisng one call does it all and a company you can trust
