Cancelled order without authorization from me and charged a restocking fee Issues listed in order.

1. Placed an order with PC rush for 3 Intel CPU's

2. Call PC Rush to verify that i didn't need to be home for delivery...rep said it would be left at my door and no need for anyone to be home.

3. Fedex Home deliveries send me an email stating direct signature is required for the package.

4. Emailed PCrush to cancel the order since I wouldn't be home to sign for it especially since there previous rep told me I wouldn't have to be home to sign for it.

5. Received the following email back from a rep. "On Thu, Jul 30, 2015 at 11:35 AM, Payment Processing <customercare@pcrush.com>wrote: We're sorry to hear that but the order has already shipped , please contact our CS at 1888­205­7777 ASAP if you need to cancel asap ( re­stocking fees will be incurred as per our vendor policy ) OR you can have it shipped to your work address where you can sign for it . Please understand our company have instituted security measures to ensure high value items are properly identified and received by the cardholder himself."

6.Understanding of the situation I DID NOT call to cancel the order and decided to take an unpaid vacation day to sign for the package.

7.Upon waiting for the package i received notice that the shipped has requested the package to be returned to them.

8.I called PC rush and the customer service rep told me that the order should have been delivered and that they have no idea why it was being returned. They even confirmed that the order was not cancelled (Even to this day when i login to the order status page it doesn't show cancelled).

9.Later on a rep contacted me that they took the liberty to cancel the order on my behalf even though I never followed through with my cancellation request.

10. They then charged me a $5XX.XX restocking fee and made me loose $600 in lost wages for the day.

11. I called customer support again and they stated that I should have not been charged a restocking fee since I never cancelled it and that the rep that cancelled my order violated there cancellation policy especially after they told me i needed to call to cancel and that they never received a phone call from me to cancel.

12. Continuing on the rep said they would put a request in to get the fee waivered since they were at fault for the issue.

13. Later during the week I received an email stating I would not get refunded for the restocking fee since there policy is against it. (Here I'm thinking, so pcrush can violate there cancellation policy, but not there restocking fee policy...can you say fraud?)

14. Argued some more about the issue was offered a refund if i purchased $3,XXX.XX or greater in items from them.

15. Went to a legal adviser and was advised to take them to small claims court since he stated there is definite fraud on pcrush's part especially with the recorded phone calls i have.

16. Due to my time constraints I have not been able to pursue the court case yet and was going to use the BBB before I do that to see if they will resolve my issue and take responsibility for there accidental? Lapse in order handling.
