I worked for Atmosphera Global for a few months. From my time there, all I can say is that it is a pyramid scheme and I highly suspect that the owner is going bankrupt. I asked about their turnover rate when I first started and the question was manuvered around. Overturn that negative! The same sales process that they teach you, they use to manipulate you. They have a HIGH turnover rate, someone quits every other day. This place does NOT value their employees, rather treats them as expendable.

They draw you in saying you can make a six figure salary but that is a blatent lie. If you ask about money, you get a fluffy fairy tale version that they use to sell you on. You won't actually get anything for your hard work and dedication.  They tell you how to manipulate, I mean motivate their employees by "showing them the money", telling you all the cool things you could have some day, if you just keep going. But don't worry, you won't get there. And if you do, expect to dedicate your life to working and selling others on this lie and doing nothing else. Rewarding, yes?

They tell you that you will be working 35-40 hours but the truth is to expect 50+ hour work weeks, no reimbursement for travel or mileage driving to which ever Costco they place you at, even if it's an hour away or if you have to go through a toll road. No health benefits. Forced "team nights" on Saturdays. They tell you that they are not "mandatory" but they shame you into going or question your ability to manage or lead if you don't. The owner tells you that he makes over 100k a year, but he won't pay for jack sh*** for his employees. The bathroom doesn't even have soap to wash your hands. The mandatory-not mandatory team nights that you go to guess what, YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR.

The phone you use in Costco to make sales calls, YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR.  If you take this job make sure that you don't have a significant other or a family that depends on you, because the only thing you will have time for is work. You will work, work, and work. Dedicate all your time and all your free time to this job that will give you nothing in return. You will have to wake up early on Thursday and Saturday mornings to take mandatory conference calls that they won't pay you for. If you ever get a day off, don't make any plans because someone will quit and they will need you to fill in, and you will probably have to drive far to get there. Don't expect flexibility in scheduling or being able to take time off. EVER. PTO? That's a hallucination.
