I was charged twice and promised a refund which has still to arrive. When I asked for a report for a close relative she said she couldn't provide one as we were too close. What i think is, she can't rpovde a report because her reports are bull and I would have seent his had she done two. Avoid this woman she is bad news !!

This is Claire again, Jenna's personal assistant. For all that review this site, I'll become a familiar name as Jenna has asked I respond to all reasonable accusations. If this client will contact me a the special email we have set up for this site, "jenna@charterinternet.com", I'll ensure the extra charge is reimbursed. Many of Jenna's clients for some reason will order twice in the same day thinking the first order didn't get registered and the debit system usually identifies this as a double order and it will not be processed, however, it's possible both orders were charged before the system identified it. In any case, if Dgl will contact me at the above given email, I'll ensure the extra charge was refunded or show them the date that it was refunded and give the results on this site so all your readers will know that Jenna has the utmost integrity in dealing with her clients.
