 I purcashed the Atomic Email Harvester from www.atompark.com

I found out after I made the purchase that it only works on a windows computer.

So i filed with Paypal to get my money back.

This AtomPark is a re-seller for a company called Avangate.

Paypal decided to give them the money since if you look closely you can see that it is not compatible for mac, although they will not tell you that when you are buying it, and it does not say that anywhere on the website, other than little pictures of windows as what it is compatible for.

So beware if you have a mac.

After Paypal closed the case on Oct.7, 2015, I purcased a windows computer so I could use the software I bought from Atom & Avangate.

But they had my access blocked. Because they still thought the issue was open with Paypal, even two months later.

I sent both companies numerous emails, (over 50) with screenshots of the closed status of the dispute from paypal. No response from either company.

So I called Paypal and asked them to send emails to both Atompark (tech@atompark.com) and Avangate (pay@avangate.com) and they did. 

Then i would go and follow up with both AtomPark & Avangate, and still neither one would give me access. 

This went on for months. 

I have email communications with each company for 3 months, in total over 50 emails.

Each time, no matter what, they won't remove the block to let me access what i paid for. 

Even after Paypal wrote them messages explaining that the issue was closed, Avangate & Atompark got the money, they still will not let me access the software.

I warned them numerous times, let me get into what I paid for or I will file a rip off report.

They still refused.

Avangate says "we only sell the software, we don't deal with technical issues. So contact Atompark directly." 

So I go to Atompark, they say "we will remove the block if Avangate tells us to."

So I go back to Avangate and say "tell Atompark to remove the block."

Avangate says "we don't handle things like that, please contact AtomPark."

Back to Atompark............Over and over. Same response.

Been going on since September 2015.

So enough is enough.

I warn any consumer out there.

DO NOT EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM AVANGATE OR ATOMPARK SOFTWARE.

They are a scam.

They have phone numbers that only go to voicemail with a message that always plays, or even sometimes says the mailbox is too full.

They will scam you out of your money and never let you access the account.

DO NOT BUY FROM AVANGATE OR ATOMPARK.

After all this Avangate and Atompark communicated and removed the restrictions on the account.

So consider this case closed.

Still won't allow me to access it

even after getting the email from Paypal this Atompark company refuses to let me access the materials.

 

This is what their latest response was:

 

"tech@atompark.com is a serice mailbox - it coverts the emails to a ticket system of ours (request/reply system)
PayPal email could simply get lost here - use 911@atompark.com and tech.ch@atompark.com - these are the email addresses I personally track on a permanent basis."

 

So instead of just reading the email that Paypal sent to the email address they ADVERTISE on their website, and the email address they have been using to communicate with me this ENTIRE time, they are now telling me to use two other emails that they check on a more regular basis, neither one of which is listed anywhere on their website to use, or has been used even once by them to email me yet!

 

Unreal!

This is PRECISELY what I am talking about.

These companie, both AtomPark and Avangate for some reason are not able to communicate with one another, and for some odd reason, never read the emails from Paypal that say that the case is closed and to reinstate my access.

Paypal sent the email to tech@atompark yesterday, and cc'd me on the email.

It went through to AtomPark.

Yet ATOMPARK ALWAYS still says "we have not received any notice from either Avanagte or Paypal!

You got the notice from Paypal again yesterday!

It's in your email inbox

And mine!

Plus I just forwarded it to you for you to see it again!

Wow!

So ridiculous.

As per refund asked after the purchase - we do have a strick refund policy which is also available at the website - http://www.massmailsoftware.com/buy/refund.php

 

As per Avangate. This is our partner payment processor which deals with the fund for us. It checks and validates customers in order to avoid scam or fraud. 

 

As per the connection of the Avangate to the PayPal dispute of the customer - PayPal dispute was opened and at the same moment the access to the product was blocked. At the moment the dispute is closed we receive a notification from Avangate and grant the access to the product purchased back.

At this moment we did not receive any notifications neither from Avangate nor from PayPal regarding the dispute in question. As soon as we receive such kind of notification we grant the access immediately.
