Atomic Mall Atomic Mall will rip you off! They are thieves Internet

Atomic Mall ripped me off on 11/14/11 - Their initial response was "we can't find a record of your transaction". They ,however , charged my credit card immediately. I have emailed them repeatedly and sent records, but they just ignore it. Beware of these people! They are commen thieves!

Atomicmall.com is a marketplace venue which allows multiple third-party sellers to advertise various items for sale, similar to sites like eBay and Bonanza.com. As such, we don't actually sell merchandise, nor do we collect payment for any sales made. All transactions are conducted through direct buyer > seller interaction, using our site as the advertising vehicle.
We take steps to ensure that our site is populated by reliable sellers, but unfortunately some occasionally make their way onto the site despite our screening efforts. When this happens it is our site policy to disable the seller's account and remove all items from their store until all outstanding complaints against them have been resolved.
The owner of the Solonomi Wholesale seller account on which this complaint is based has been made aware of the issue but did not respond to our requests for information. Per our stated policies, their selling account has been suspended. We have recommended that the buyer take advantage of their buyer protection option and file a non-receipt claim so that the refund process can begin.
