Atomicpark.com Ordered game for gift on 12/8 still hasn't shipped. No notice from merchant Milwaukee

Ordered a game for grandson's Christmas gift on 12/8. On 12/18 still not there. Check web site game shows back ordered. It showed in stock when I bought it. They didn't send me an email saying it was out of stock. They just left me hanging.

TRIED to call customer service sat on hold for over an hour. Opted to leave a voice mail for return call, "mailbox full" goodbye. Lost after an hour of waiting.

Looked at cancellation policy, it is insane. Basically you can't cancel:How do I cancel my order?

Because of our same day shipping goal, most orders cannot be cancelled once placed. If you need to cancel an order, Just give us a call at 888-322-4250, 8:00 am 6:00 pm CST (M-F) and we will assist you with your request. Please don't refuse delivery of your shipment, as this will result in a $20 fee. (Unfortunately, we're unable to cancel orders for downloadable products.)

$20.00 fee to refuse product?

Will update if needed. I sent an email telling them to cancel the order and the charge to cc was no longer authorized. Saved everything for possible bank dispute in the future.

Not worth the trouble. In my estimation a pure scam shop.
