Atrium Atrium Windows, does not stand behind product. No customer service. Internet

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

Elderly Aunt and Uncle installed Atrium windows in their new house. One has a broken seal and is under warrantly. They have contacted the company as required and received a reply promising assistance - May 15. It is now June 9th and no one has tried to help them. They have sent follow up emails and faxes. They are being ignored. Internet search shows many complaints. No customer service - poor treatment of clients. They do not back up their products. I would love to be proved wrong!

The atrium employee is not truthful about honoring warranties. We have made almost 20 calls to atrium and have had absolutely no response to fix our windows or honor their warranty. Absolutely disgusting.
