ATT Cingular Breach Of Contract, No Longer Honoring Older Plans older plan with unlimited local and international text messaging no longer honored, have 6 months to go on the contract Nationwide

I have an older Cingular plan which included local and international text messaging. I have kept the plan for that reason all these years since my fiance was living out of country.

Now with the merger of ATT and Cingular, they deny the older plans existence.

Every 2 years I am able to renew the contract without problems, i have renewed the plan at least 3 times now. But this last renewal is causing me so much headache.

the contract was renewed on Aug-07 no problems with the text messaging. and starting 10/08 they started charging for text messaging of all kinds. i have called att 3 times now and they give me the same excuse "its not in the plan, its not in the plan." When all their records show that not once have they every charged me for any text messaging.

Now they are saying I can add the plan for additional $10 a month.

They can see in their system that there is a glitch, I keep on having to walk through ATT tech support on how to look at the statements to see that i never got charged in the past. They keep acting dumb or blind and not see it, and when they do see it, all they say is "well thats odd."

6 months to go on the contract and i do not wish to handle this anymore, at the same time i cant cancel my contract w/o getting billed the early cancelation.

If anyone can help, or have the same issues. It would be appreciated and i will cooperate.
