AT&T U-Verse $267 for 3 weeks of bad to no service internet/phone Nationwide

AT&T U-Verse is a joke.  With a recommendation from Direct TV, they installed DSL and phone.  The internet never worked and my fiancees's son could not play his online games on his TV.  The phone would cut out as well, and the Wifi would almost never work,  They took a week to come to the property, and had to continue to comeback to get their junky service connected.  After 2 weeks, we cancelled.  the monthly bill was supposed to be 90 bux a month.  However, the knuckleheads in their call centers did not cut off our phone/internet service, even after Charter.net came in.  So after alot of phone calls and haggling, I still got a bill for $267, and they wouldn't budge a cent on the fact that their workers even said we were too far from getting any good connections, and that they should have never attempted to install their nonsense in the first place, and the call center dopes got amnesia when it came to admitting that I called numerous times to cancell and get a refund for the aggrevation.
