AT&T Wireless my deposit atlanta, Georgia

in july, i went in at&t store to buy a iphone then the picture on you tube look so clear.so,when i left the store the picture didn't look clear any more.i took the phone back and it was $35.00 restock fee and they don't tell you that upfront  when you return the phone its a $35.00 restock fee. i change for a lg vure phone and i couldn't get nobody to help me with the phone. the phone was not working well. so, i took the phone back and try to cancel it and they charge me another restock fee. it was very upset. i didn't seen nowhere in the store were its said,a restock fee. all they want you to do is to buy the phone. so, i ask about my deposit  i just had the service for one day.  because i had a lot of problem with the phone. i ask them about my deposit they said they will sent it in the mail but only things i got in the mail was a bill that they charge me two times. i didn't see nowhere in the store were you will get your deposit in the mail. so, i can customer service they say they are working on it but nothing is been done about it.i got the phone in july here its september and i still have not recevice my deposit. i don't know what is wrong with at&t they are ripping people off.  especially the poor and people who have problem reading. when you can't read between they will get you everytimes.
