at&t At&t charging, for paying your telephone bill over the telephone orlando Fl

I have a work from home job the requires having a (non-digital) home telephone line. The only company that I know of that still has plain old telephone service is AT&T. AT&T has been slowly ripping me off for you years to the point I had to make an account with this website to vent. First fishy insident I noticed was a charge for a tech to come out and look at my telephone jacks, they said if i want to have the ability to have a tech come out when something is wrong.. i need to a that to my plan for 10 a month.. so i added the service. so now im paying 40$ a month for a home telephone lline.. 

 In April I was behind on my bill so AT&T cut my service. They cut my services April 18th.  on the 18th i pay them the total amount due at the time of $125.  They also tell me they will charge 35 to my next bill for reactivation. Fast foward to May 12th. My phone is cut off again. I call AT&T because i knew it hadnt even been 30 days since the last payment. I was told that my new bill was to be paid between the 1-8.th and after that subject to service interuptions.. so again in May i was forced to pay 80 again..(30 for bill 10 for tech support 35 reactivation and 5 late fee). 

Wheather its due to me paying bills late or not, Im extremely overrpaying for a home telephone. The LAST STRAW was today when i tried to pay my bill over the phone with the automated system. Well the automated system wasnt able to process my request so i was connected to a rep so i could pay my bill.  I was charged $5 dollars for paying my bill on the telephone.. I know its petty but its the last straw.. AT&T will really find a way to charge you for anything. I really wont be supprised when i see a fee added for mailing me my bill
