HI Friends,

I am sending out this email because I strongly feel I need to do something about the way I was misrepresented by a sales person and then burned out of over $350.00 by At&ts triple package and also to stop you from doing the same. This as a summery of what had transpired. I Called att to try to save some money because of the rising prices of comcast and I needed to save some money generally. the rep. explained to me about the package and this is the jest of it; the Internet and phone service would be apx. $70.00 - $75.00 a month including taxes and everything and The Dish Net would be 34.99 but the fee would be waved for the first year and reinstated after the first year, which would still be less than I was paying with comcast. I was not familiar with dish net. so I told the rep. I was ensure and wanted to do some research before doing a contract for 2 years, so he directed me to the free attdish.com website to check it out. I did and it seemed great so I called back and a rep. told me to go to the same website and enter the code he gave me and order it and they would be bundled and ....I did and everything seemed to be in order.

Well Friends here is where is all went to !#$%. Dish Net. sent me a bill directly, so I called At&t and they told me to disregard the bill and It would appear on the AT&T bill when I received it. Wait it gets worse, I received the 1st bill for $211.48 there were several hidden charges such as a $12.99 del charge for the modem (more on that later) and DID NOT include the Dish Net.Billing. Well after I got up off the floor gained my composure I called AT&T and after being on the phone for over an hour and a half with 3 different people including the manager I was informed thet even though it was THEIR fault and I just did as the rep. instructed me to do the account was not bundled and it was to late to change it now, unless I called Dish net cancelled and paid a $250.00 early termination fee. So as it stands I have to pay dish net and att separately and it,s costing me apx $40.00 a month more than it should and I can not cancel with out going through a huge hassle and paying Dish $250.00. Oh... back to the modem. They were supposed to send me a 49.99 rebate card and never did. when I called about the bill they said they would send it (we'll see about that) and the 1st modem didn't work correctly, it kept resetting itself shutting down what ever I was working on at the time.They did send me another one but it took a week to get and I received no credit. I hope you take this advice if you are ever planning to use ATT. or their package so called deals. DO NOT!!!

I will be contacting the Better Business Bereau and the Dept of Consumer affairs after I fire off this email. Could you please pass it along to your contacts to help them from getting ripped off also. Thanks So Much.... Very Truly
