AT&T forgot to disclose the information regarding internet connection when buying MCell. We bought the product hoping that it will enhance our network signal but unfortunately, this did not happen. Their explanation was the internet connection is not fast enough. This is after we bought the MCell. No refund will be given to us because the problem started 2-3 months after we bought the product.
