AT&T advertise DSL Internet service for new customers at $14.95 for 12 months. I was a new customer in November 2010 and signed up but, despite numerous phone calls to several AT&T departments ~ all of whom promised to "look into it" but did nothing ~ was consistently billed $19.95 for each and every one of my first 12 months. Unfortunately, the choices here are: AT&T, Comcast or nothing. "Nothing" is beginning to look good!
