AT&T It takes ages to get support from these guys. Internet

I usually call AT&T for support help, and sometimes they don't know what their talking about... I was setting up a network in my home, and there was a problem with a wireless adapter.

I called them about it, and one person was a total noob!
He had no idea what he was saying, he just had me going to another room with a wired connection, and open Internet Explore. Then he says your internet seems to be working.

I was just like, Omg!

Another year I got a linksys router, and was trying to set it up. I almost had it, but there was still problems.
I contacted them about it, and they just had me go through the DSL modem saying, restart the computers, and unplug the modem.
