I have insurance with at&t and they dont want to replace the phone an hour no results and now a hang up Big mistake on my part and now they hung up on me, S*y customer service

AT&T does not provide insurance. The insurance is through Asurion. For customer convenience, AT&T and most other wireless providers agree to collect the premiums for Asurion. The wireless providers cannot deny your insurance claim, only Asurion can. File at phoneclaim.com
