I have been contacted by Atty Hecker's office many times. This is regarding a credit card that I have had for a very long time, but for the past 6 years I never received a bill. I haven't charged on this card in over 6 years. I have asked the office to forward copies of the bills to me, they refuse. They say that the original $2500.00 bill, has accrued late fees and penalties making the total owed now, over $6600.00.

All I want is copies of the bills that i never received. I offered to settle for the $2500.00, but they wanted me to give them my credit card that minute, even though I told him that I would have to go to the bank after work. So he told me that I was playing games and that the $2500.00 was off the table now, because I lied when I said I would pay it today! Well, when we were speaking on the phone it was 2:15 pm, there was plenty of time left in the day. I was NOT lying, I just do not have $2500.00 in my bank account. The people

I have spoken to several people from the law firm and all but one has been very rude to me. In this time of financial problems in the economy, why would a credit card company wait for 6 years until fees and penalties are so outrageous, then turn it over to an attorneys office. I even mentioned to one man that I had to do some checking because I could NOT believe the way they were behaving over the phone.

They have contacted South Texas Nuclear Plant recently also. My husband has not worked there for over 4 years. I think that what theya re doing borderlines on harrassment. They call me at work also. I am very busy servicing the children in our county.

I hope no one else fall victim to this law firm, they seem pretty shady.
