Attorney Griffith took $2500 to retain his services. It has been more than 4 months since he has returned a single phone call. He is rude by doing this. Incompetant and will not respond to e-mail or phone calls.
The court appearance took place in March, and this is the end of June. He said everything would be finalized in a month or two. It has now been four months.
As of this date, July 26, 2004, attorney Griffith has not even sent me one bill, so that I do not know how much of the $2500 he has used.

Forgot To Update Attorney Griffith did more than make good.

Attorney Griffith did more than make good. I used Attorney Mark Griffith to take my matter back to court since things weren't being worked out through my X's attourney. Attourney Griffith and his associates worked hard to resolve my issues. Since they couldn't be resolved out of court, we went back.
Thanks to the attorney, my custody case has been resolved to my satisfaction. Thank you Mark for your hard work on this tough case!

Attorney Griffith has made good. It turns out business was growing faster than he could keep up. He has however hired new staff, and things are running smoothly. I am receiving same day return phone calls, and Attorney Griffith is doing an excellent job.
