I will first address my complaint against attorney Robert W. Karr. He graduated with honors from DePaul University, College of Law in 1970. After graduating he acquired his license from the Illinois Supreme Court to practice law.

He began his career with a prominate Illinois defense law firm representing defendants, such as hospitals, doctors, etc., in every aspect of tort law, including medical malpractice, product liability, construction litigation as well as vehicle accident litigation. Attorney Karr also learned that insurance claims could involve "millions of dollars".

After learning defense litigations and how insurance companies handle claims reported by their insureds, later in "1975" he changed the "focus" of his practice. He decided to represent "plaintiffs" whose lives and families have been devastated by the consequences of malpractice by doctors, hospitals nurses, etc.. He joined and became a member of Trial Lawyers, lll Trial Lawyers Association, Association of Trial Lawyers of America.

In 1996 my sister contacted his office in search of legal advice and help, because her pediatrician, Dr. Stephen Mallinga, was liable for malpractice, that caused the death of infant girl, who died three days after she was born.

After meeting attorney Karr at his office he obtained her medical records and decided to accept her case. He timely filed an action in the Cook County Circuit Court, Law Division, but deceitfully sounded the action as personal injury. He named my sister and belive it or not her husband as plaintiffs.

My sister's husband did not suffer personal injury, because he did not deliver a baby! The couple was so distraunt they did not realize what was being administered here. They gave their trust to their attorney.

After several years gone by I learned that attorney Karr never petitioned the Probate Court to open an estate; to bring the action therefore; the action was not under the jurisidiction of the Probate Court. This gave him room for foul play in the Lw Division!

Attorney Karr conspired with defense attorneys retained by ISMIE, Illinois State Mutual Insurance. Together, they conspired to defraud my sister and her husband out of insurance funds mounting to "millions of dollars"!

Years later I later learned that attorney Karr lied to my sister and her husband, informing them that the doctor fled back to Africa and the insurance company would not give him coverage, becaue the doctor did not give them his contact information and they did not know where to find him.

In a conspiracy to defraud his client, attorney Karr and ISMIE plotted to file a "declaratory Judgment" against my sister and others turning the litigation table around. From what I read attorney Karr contacted the Sherrif Office and told them to hold the Summons.

My sister and her husband was never served with ISMIE's law suit and never read what ISMIE Mutual was suing them for. However; attorney Karr wrote my sister and husband one of his impressive letters telling them the sad news about the doctors disapearance. He told them about the law suit but never gave a copy.

There were other plaintiffs' who also filed personal injury actions against the Dr. Stephen Mallinga. They too were sued by ISMIE in a Declatory Judgment.
I belive that some of their lawyers were involved too!

After my research of the case I contacted a woman who's son was injured by the doctor. She explained to me that she was informed by her attorney that ISMIE Mutual could not find the doctor because he "fled" back to Africa. She was told that there was no hope for her case. That it would cost thousand of dollars to find the doctor in Africa and thousands of dollars he did not want to spend. I belive that her was foing to drop her case because of this.

ISMIE also named this woman as a defendant in a Declatory Judgment action. They denied her claims too in a court motion stating that they could not serve him and did not owe him coverage.

This woman was not taking no for an answer. It just so happend that she was married to a man from Africa. Fortunately for her she was able to afford a trip to Africa. She contacted some friends and they found her a Process Server who tracted the doctor down.

The Process Servers located the doctor at his home. This lady met them at the doctor's home as she witnessed them hand serve Dr. Stephen Mallinga with the papers that ISMIE claimed was impossible to serve.

Bingo! She cancelled out ISMIE's bull! They could not longer claim that they did not know where to find the doctor. Their law suits against these mothers was "frivolous" and vextatious litigation to harrass and subdue these heart broken mothers who lost their child or who's child is damaged for life!

Fortunately for this one corragous woman, she forced the hand of her attorney and he defended her in the Declaratoy Judgment action. He came with the evidence that ISMIE knew where the doctor was and that he did not breach his contract for coverage. Saddly for ISMIE and attorneys this sceme to defraud had gone sour! The Chancery Court made ISMIE PAY UP!

Unfortunately, for my sister and the other women, they were either under settled or their attorneys abandoned them. My sister was convinced by attorney Karr that she should take a $25,000.00 settlement, because there was no hope that she would recover a dime more from ISMIE.

In actuality, my sister accepted the $25,000 for a personl injury claim. No estate was opened for her baby; therefore my sister had no legal rights to
act as pesonal representative for her baby. The Probate Court was never petitioned therefore; no "Letter Of Office" was given to her to act on her baby's behalf as a representative and "plaintiff".

We now belive that attorney Karr paid her the $25,000, out of his own pocket, but did so through his company check. He never gave them a copy of a check from anyone. He knew that they likely would not ask him for any verification.

Robert W. Karr was an honor student in law school and though he was clever. He took his knowledge and decided to use it against his clients to steal rather than work for them. Clients give him their trust to handle their personal injury mattersthat sometimes involve millions of dollars. He take their cases and plott to steal their millions and give them pocket change and tell them take or leave it this is all you are going to get!

From what I have learned about attorney Robert W. Karr's litgation history. He spends about one to three years on a case and drops it before it goes to trial. He is a fake and a fraud that needs to be "EXPOSED"! And his company Robert W. Karr & Associates, Ltd., need to be "DISPOSSED". The publics personal misfortune is their opportunity to build wealth! He is a strong believer in "OPM" get rich off of other peoples money!

Attorney Karr and company plot insurance fraud scemes to defraud victims out of millions of dollars! He and insurance attorneys and some claim adjusters at ISMIE Mutual Insurance Company defrauded and stole millions!

From what I told ISMIE Mutual is owned by doctors. If this is true then these doctors insure themselves against medical malpractice claims. they need insurance in order to operate. From what I seen in two cases, ISMIE Mutual insurance claims adjusters conspired to defraud my sisiter and an estate out of millions of dollars and involved in a cover-up with attorney Robert W. Karr, and Robert W. Karr & Associates.

I contacted the Jury Verdicr Reporter to inquire about the cases attorney Robert W. Karr has litigated. I was informed that he had about "84" cases that did not go to trial or settle. My sisiter is amongst these victims.

This tells me that he has spent most of his carreer fruading his clients, by taking their devasted cases and turning it into his own personal gain. He created a real estate mini empire from the millions of dollars he stole.

Attorney Robert W. Kar and Robert W. Karr & Asociates, Ltd., hardly ever go to trial and win cases. They make a lot of their money under the table, which is unreported to the Internal Revenue Service. He they hardly win cases then there is no business earnings to report. They need to be reported and arrested for INCOME TAX EVASION!

Unfortuantely, for him his past is finally catching up to him. Recently, my sisiter placed liens against his real estate empire worth millions and millions of dollars!

Eventually, the laws that he was suppose to uphold will be used against him! I am waiting patiently for justice, which can be slow sometimes, but it will show it's face eventually. Then "JUSTICE" will be served !!!!!

My sister trusted attorney Robert W. Karr and thought that he was telling her the truth. She was impressed with him, beacuse he wrote her all the time to keep her abreast of her case. He als had an impressive office on "LaSalle Street". Who would'nt think a lawyer with all of this going on would not get you paid on a good case!

During his practice of law he changed his corporation name at least four times with the Illinois Secretary of State.
