The Disciplinary Committee has paid ZERO to Nagy's former clients. Additionally, Nagy had only 12 open cases when she fell ill and the ISBA took evidence from anyone except Nagy, who was not invited to participate and who was denied access to the documents considered by this ISBA subcommittee on the basis it is "not a public entity." This entity took evidrnce from a former disgruntled employee with a criminal record. Nagy was mistreated.

Untrue Allegations

Attorney Nagy was my attorney and did an excellent job. She practiced for 20-years in excellence with no complaints until she got very ill. I learned she was not aware or even invited to the ISBA proceeding involving her former clients and false evidence was submitted by a disgruntled former paralegal who was terminated when her undisclosed criminal record came to light. She got sick and arranged for free replacement counsel for her small number of open cases. These are criminal clients who piled on when they saw an opportunity. They then gave money to her former paralegal's new employer. It is not newsworthy to drum up a story based upon false information. The Channel 6 story ran before Ms Nagy was aware. Additionally, Ms Nagy was sued without being served or notifed of the complaint. The service document provided an address where she gad not lived for a year! She is a kind human being who dedicated herself to the law and who provided hundreds of free hours pro bono to indigents. I am glad I hired her. I am thankful she got a good result for me. Internet bullying should itself be a crime. She has been unjustly treated!

Unbelievable how lax Indiana is with lawyer misconduct

Here is her discipline order from the Supreme Court of Indiana.
http://www.in.gov/judiciary/files/order-discipline-2012-29S00-1205-DI-280etal.pdf
According to this, she had two pending issues with ignoring the disciplinary body of the Indiana bar, but they are letting her plead out on a physical dissability. I guess the Indiana bar doesn't give a rat's @$$ if lawyers rip clients off, and ignore the disciplinary body.
Part of the above document reads as follows:
"The Commission also requests that two show cause proceedings for noncooperation with the Commission pending against Respondent, Cause Nos. 49S00-1202-DI-104 and 29S00-1205-DI-247, be dismissed without prejudice if the petition to determine disability is granted."
