Teresa Ferris Dukovitch Attorney ripoff extremely poor representation, dragged case out for her own profit Aliquippa Pennsylvania

Teresa Ferris Dukovitch is an unscrupulous, unfair attorney. She professes to truly care about her clients, all the while she does the minimal amount of work on cases, and is unprepared when she goes into court. Watching her and her partner, Attorney John Brown, is like watching Laurel and Hardy in motion. They are exceptionally disorganized and ask for the same information over again. They do not know how to run a business and they contract out work to other people. She lies habitually to her clients and changes her story every time you speak to her about your case.

She is hideously unprepared when she goes into court and throws vulgar temper tantrums thinking the judge will response from it. She is living off of her laurels that she attained when she was District Attorney for Beaver County but she does not deserve the accolade.

Dukovitch gives casework to her friends (accountants, other 'specialized' lawyers) to 'help with the case', but all this is, is serving to make them money as the work is unnecessary and another expense for the client. She drags cases out indefinitly in order to charge high amounts of money over long periods of time. She jokes about her clients and makes comments that she doesn't care about them if they're 'that stupid to get themselves into these messes, they deserve what they get'. She also attempts to blackmail her clients into payment if there are still funds due through withholding checks and monies and paperwork appropriated from the court unless the client promises she will get paid first.

Whatever you do, don't go to her for your divorce!
