Auburn Police Department City of Auburn Ma Arrests homeowner for killing a BIG BEAR IN HIS YARD - not allowed to protect yourself... Internet, Massachusetts

Town of Auburn resident Mr. Richard Ahlstrand has been arrested by the commie Auburn police for shooting a bear in HIS BACKYARD.

He was filling his bird feeder and a BIG SCARY BLACK BEAR was there. There had been previous damage to his bird feeder and he was armed with a 12 gauge shotgun just in case. He had seen the bear around in past times and was being careful. 
 
Richard Ahlstrand said, when either he got the bear or the bear would get him. he had stated that he had seen the animal in the area before and that was why he was armed. This man was 76 years old and the Austin police chief had him arrested for protecting himself in his backyard.
 
Richard Ahlstrand is quoted as saying: What am I supposed to say, Hold on Mr. Bear, dont attack? Ahlstrand told the Boston Herald. That didnt make no sense to me at all.

Richard Ahlstrand was arrested and is being summoned at Worcester District Court. He is facing charges of illegally killing an animal. (A SCARY BIG BLACK BEAR would have killed the homeowner)  Police chief Sluckis is a devil for harrassing a 76 year old homeowner.
 
The homeowner is also under arrest for baiting a bear, discharge of a weapon within 500-feet of a dwelling, three counts of illegal possession of a firearm and illegal possession of ammunition, police said.
 
I suppose the police would have preferred the bear kill and eat the 76 year old homeowner
