I should've thought twice about signing up, since I found them on Craigslist, but I was desperate. While looking for a home out of state I came across the listing that said "thousands of rent-to-own properties!" Called up the number to find out that it was yet another website promising listings of available foreclosures and rent to own homes. I had already tried several places on a trial membership without a problem, so i figured, for a $1.95 why not see what listings they had.

Spoke to Chris, Agent number 3212. He kept telling me what the membership would include and the welcome pack would be out in 5-10 days, and I would have instant access to the site's listings. After hanging up, I go to the site to find out the login information that I was given is invalid. I figured something would be wrong seeing as how everytime I gave the guy information he kept repeating the wrong thing back to me, and it wouldn't even be close. For instance 488 was given and he would repeat back to me "481"? Funny, he didn't screw up getting my CC info. After several attempts, I checked my bank account. The only charge I didn't recognize was from NATL Reponet for $21.85. Call the attached 800 number which is completely difference from the one listed on the auctionagency site and from the one that was gien to me by agent Chris. I call the company who says they have no information yet about my membership and I needed to call back in about 2 hours. After 2 hours, I call back, this agent says his  computer crashed, but generally info is available after 4 to 6 hours of recieving, and it can take that long for the access to the site. He then tells me that the sales reps don't realize this is the case. I already assume I'm being taken for a fool. I call up my bank (whose fee to stop the charge is more than the charge) with no successful turnout. Call the auction agency after 6 and a half hours. They tell me they still don't have my information. That it can take up to 24 hrs to process. I should call them back after 24 hrs. At this time, I also notice that auctionagency.com is the ONLY website my computer won't pull up.

My belief is that this place is a scam. I will get my full $21.85 back BEFORE it goes any further. What blows me away the most is that every agent asked me "Are you satisfied with the services Auction Agency has provided?" WHAT SERVICES? YOU TOOK MY MONEY AND GAVE ME NOTHING! You took more than what I had authorized and now you're trying to give me a hassle. I can't even use your site.
