If your not familiar with auctions.yahoo.com you might simply join and get a paypal.com account so you can pay for some auctions requiring that else use Yahoo! PayDirect so others can also pay you thru use of their e-mail compose screen with a bank account.

The let down...

Yahoo does not make any attempt to resolve a dispute should you have a dispute with a seller, the buyer is limited to their protection agreement in so much that a totsal does not include two or more items sold by a seller and shipped in a single package. Yahoo does not make any statement that prevents a seller from claiming harrassment from a buyer answering his/her questions and stop a seller from making threats of legal characteristics in such a manner that he/she claims to have processed a polygraph test required by you to complete in the US Mail and has given copies of your e-mails to Yahoo to substantiate his/her claim of harrassment. The truth is that a seller gets priority even if the packed item(s) have yet to have a damage report filed regarding their condition as received from UPS or other shipper whom states clearly either the shipper or receipiant can file a damage report. Yahoo will prior to a damage report filing by the buyer whom received the item(s) remove points from a buyers account he/she has earned on auctions.yahoo.com and then neglect to reverse their decision based solely on the sellers opinion of whom he wants to communicate to either in a yahoo e-mail of a Instant Yahoo Message where he/she can send messages even when a member is not popping his/her Instant yahoo Messenger up.

So be wise and get your goods elsewhere, Yahoo could change their operations so that they have not claimed money from a seller before a buyer has notified them that they are satisfied with a item(s) and provide links so that damage reports can be accessed offsite automatically adding the information for a member filing a report, plus demand that the seller never creates a problem until the buyer has agreed to the item(s) the seller shipped.

To many people are being lied to by sellers and Yahoo does not stop their use of Yahoo failing to see that when a buyer has been ripped off that Yahoo shouldn't claim to get e-mail headers from a buyer whom received e-mails from a seller attempting to claim that they are trying to un-process a bad seller whom has stolen money from you. Yahoo servers have the header info from sellers sufficient without asking a buyer to collect them requiring depressing a additional button on e-mails they receive when they are read.

Yahoo has committed a fraud and deceives even the young whom also have auction ability unless a buyer has points earned which he/she then requires a buyer to have to be able to bid on a item(s) he/she has on auction the site.

Attitudes affect points only if you have points, so a harrassment charge by someone whom has collected money from you claiming that against you is not affected at all and continues selling his stuff till sold out then he/she can remove their use of Yahoo entirely preventing any further communications from you or a shipper they employed to send you their stuff.

Whatever, a buyer can file a Consumer Complaint against people that are taking advantage of them and even against a business likened to Yahoo and Yahoo! Auctions.

Mr. David Carlson is the one that packaged the monitor crappily, he had one sheep of bubble wrap surrounding the monitor and a piece of cardboard taped onto the screen. There was a loaf bread size amount of white cheeto foam loose in the carton. He stated to me that he gave the package to UPS and that they were suppose to provide him a new package service that I was to check it out on receipt to see how they did on it, He was the one that lied to you and me both. Mr. Carlson whom is SILVERBOON has no right demanding that I take a polygraph test for his monitor, and his USB Card Reader which totalled over the slim amount that YAHOO PROPTECTION RESERVED THAT I WOULD HAVE TO HAVE PAID FOR THE THING BEFORE I COULD FILE A COMPLAINT. I HAVE FILED A COMPLAINT IN E-MAIL TO YAHOO AUCTION, AND BY GOD I HAVE ALSO CHARGED MR. CARLSON AND MIGHT CHARGE YAHOO AUCTION AS WELL BECAUSE OF THE PROTECTION PROGRAM WITH FRAUD BEFORE THEN FACT. AS I TOLD YAHOO AUCTION EARLIER, I DON'T DESIRE ANYTHING BROKEN AND I THE BUYER HAAVE A RIGHT TO RETURN THE ITEMS AND I DO NOT APPRECIATE YOU DEGRADING MY ACCOUNT FOR THE REASON WHICH SILVERBOON HAS PRESENTED YOU WITHOUT YOU READING HIS E-MAILS AND HIS YAHOO MESSENGER MESSAGES TO ME THREATENING ME BY GOD THATS ILLEGAL FOR YOU TO SIDE WITH HIM. Hi once again.

I see you keep on making false statements and reports. I have often told you about the items and that they both worked great.
Without a doubt you have not illustrated your truth about the so called incident leaving out key statements that have been said in writing.
I can clearly see after concluding a investagation that you have a habit of writing such reports that are false in nature.
And just for the record, with all the things that I have ever sold via internet rather my web site, ebay, and or yahoo auctions, I have NEVER had such a poor customer has you, and I expect allot more from my customer then having the words surface further from this report.
I often have said and continue to believe I work with my customers very well and will do just about anything with in reason to try to make them happy. But with you, I am sorry to say, you are just a user and a abuser of not getting his way with Yahoo after I complied with all of Yahoo's rules.
But again, thank you and have a better day.
