  • Auddie Brown Chevrolet 1050 Lochend Drive Darlington , South Carolina USA

Auddie Brown Chevrolet This is relating to a 2011 Nissan Juke my son bought me in September of 2014 from Auddie Brown in Darlington, SC. Around the end of October 2014 I started complaining to Auddie Brown about condensation building up inside the car. Auddie Brown refused to fix the problem and advised to take the Juke to a Nissan dealer since I have extended warranty coverage. I took to car to Automotive and Transmission in Darlington, SC after 4 months of complaining. The mechanic Doug had the car for 4 days and found that the problem was not mechanical. It was a body issue. Doug found 1 inch of water in the floor board of the car. He then showed me. On January 8th was when I pick the Juke up from Automotive & Transmission. I left there and went to Auddie Brown. I spoke with Andy in the service department and explained what Doug to and showed me. Andy to me that because it didn't happen within the 30th days, there was nothing they could do. Well after thinking about the water, constantly being sick, and hardly being able to breathe in the car, I decided to run a mold test. The test came back positive. What can I do about this? Update for 2011 Nissan Juke

AUTHOR: - ()

POSTED: Monday, March 16, 2015

Today, I heard from Nissan of Florence stating that Allstate refuses to fix my car now. Now on last week, Allstate was ready to fix my car. Then they found out how much it would cost. Now today they notified Nissan that they are not fixing my car because its not covered under my insurance. Now they sent a check for 1112.00 to start fixing my car, but after they found out that Nissan won't put used seats and parts on my car, now they are saying that my car damages are not covered. They are full of it.

Today is March 9, 2015 and on March 2, 2015 I took the car to Nissan to have stripped and repaired. I had to file on my insurance. I haven't received my car back yet and I don't know the extent of the damages yet.

Update on the 2011 Nissan Juke

AUTHOR: AMontgomery - ()

POSTED: Tuesday, February 03, 2015

Today is February 4, 2015 and I am still dealing with the mold and water damage to my car. I did find out that I am the third owner of this car and it has been in an accident. I have gotten Nissan involved to assist and Auddie Brown Chevrolet in Darlington, SC still has yet to fix my car. I have taken a mold test, I've been to the doctor for respiratory problems, and I have the results from the mold kit. I will keep everyone informed as to what is going on.

 I strongly recomend 2 things:

1st Use a wet vac to dry you carpets. Leave windows down or at least slightly cracked when weather permits, Generally try to operate your vehicle in an ideal way to get it to dry.

2nd and MOST IMPORTANTTake your car to a Nissan Dealer. Very, Very Often water inside problems are a cammon problem the Dealer can diagnose using insider info and experiance other repair shops just don't have.

10 Years ago a (soon to be) EX girlfriends little Dodge had a similar issue the dealer Knew what was wrong with out looking at the car yet no one else in the area did.

Good Luck
