These guys have a 30 day trial for mp3 books. I found the software hard to use and the restrictions on playing the books not worth the time. I was given the option to get 2 periodicals and decided to try.

Once you add the 2 free periodicals, all access to cancel stops on the website. There is no general email and I emailed within the site and no response. All I could do is cancel the credit card with the auto. subscription and got this email (you cant respond to the email)!:

I guess it is the only way to stop them. Quicker than having to do a credit dispute on your credit card.

at no point during this time period was I under then at that point but if you found the software hard to use you should have not used...because nothing about the software was hard to use at all...you are just well slow
