Ordered an auto stereo sub-woofer Nov. 5th on-line. Sent them a personal check for payment which they cashed on the 10th of Nov.

I was notified that my item was back ordered but would ship within 2 weeks (in time for Christmas).

Contacted them after 4 weeks, received assurance that item would ship before 12th of Dec. Still nothing on Dec. 20th. Tried to contact them again for status... no response from BuyLoud. Attempted to fax, email and phone them to cancel item and get refund with no response to any of my attempts.

It's now Jan. 3rd, no item, no response, no refund, and their telephone number has been disconnected. Do NOT do business with these peop[le who do not keep their part of the contract and keep your money.
