Well after reading all these complaints I cant believe this company is still in business. I too am getting ripped off. I have gotten some speakers installed in my truck which took all day and night to be installed. I was the last car to get work done while I stood there outside watching. All is well but they were suppose to install a third speaker in the back of my truck which is called a bazooka that same day. Needless to say I went home without the third speaker because they were closing. They told me to come back tomorrow and then they would install it. I went into the store to find out it never came in and to call back tomorrow. Long story short I never got this third speaker.

Now in the beginning they said everything would be installed that day within 3 hours. Now I'm pissed and want my money back for just the third speaker. They refused and said the owner would call me about the refund. Well the owner finally called me after a week and says, the third speaker was a special order item and cannot be refunded but they can put something other than a bazooka speaker together for me. So I disputed the charge and my bank refunded my money. Well claims dept. at my bank investigated the case and guess what, their taking the money back out of my account. This company probably wins their cases because they have you initial in 3 spots and sign at the bottom of the invoice before anything is installed. And of course they all ready ran your credit card through.
Questions?

Why would they mark with a pen on the invoice were to initial 'that the work was completed" before anything was installed.

I was never informed about a special order part.
I was informed that all parts were in stock and would be installed within 3 hours.

So I was clearly misinformed!
And its clearly entrapment!

Now too fight back everyone needs to call the Penny Saver (Customer Service Complaint Dept) 714-577-4489
If they get enough complaints, penny saver will drop their add. Mind you this company has been in business since 2001.

We do apologize for the inconvenience.We are more than happy to install the upgraded speaker we offered you or the bazooka speaker that you wanted. In regards to our "no refund" policy, it is posted in our showroom,as well as, on your receipt.We only offer exchanges.We hope this information clears up any misunderstanding you may have had.And again we are sorry for the aggravation.
