Just like everybody else posting, two scumbags in an SUV (green ford I think) scammed me for two audiofile speakers for $270, claiming they were worth $1500 each and showing me official looking receipts and glossy brochures. This was on 1/30 in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Both white males in their 20s. The fast talker was this squirrely looking guy in glasses and some quiet bozo sat in front nodding his head at everything the squirrel said.
As we all found out, the speakers are useless crap and Audiofile is a bogus manufacturer. They don't exist except in the back of SUVs and this website!
The thing with these audiofile speakers is that it's
obviously a coordinated attack on consumers accross
the nation, not just a couple of local scammers with an SUV.
There has to be actual shipping/distribution of dozens or hundreds of these speakers across the country, as well a advertising, recruiting and involved training of the scammers, etc. This is a highly organized operation! We need to track them down, get our money back and close them down.
I am interested in a class action - if we can find out who to sue -- or would be happy to show up with the rest of you at their front door. Let me know what I can do.

I got taken by these same two dudes for 250 dollars. Description sounds the same. This was in a parking lot in Pembroke Pines.........I have a feeling I am going to run into them again..and this time I will have them for sure

I got taken for the home theater system for $450.00 and i'm pissed.. 2 males in their early to mid twenties approached me in a black 2000+ Chevolet Tahao with a great pitch of a previous incorrect order and they wound up with extra inventory and they gotta dump it...and so on..the fast talking kid had a tattoo on his right forearm of some word placed vertically in what looked like roman style lettering..after seeing all the nice brochures with the high pricing, i figured i could resell and make a profit...so i made the purchase and later that day did some research i learned this stuff is crap...i have a copy of the one kid's license and i am ready to head straight to his house...if anyone else has been hit by these two scumbags, please notify me and we will pursue together
in response to the previous post, what was the outcome...did you find the two guys??

Please have Jeff call me so we can brainstorm I have a photocopy of the two guys drivers Licence that did this. I copied them in case any monkey business. please have jeff e-mail me or call me.
The first guys name is jason brody and the other guy is matt neilson. e-mail me or call me . I am so mad . I would like your help and thoughts I'll send you their pictures
