Audiofile Speakers ripoff! Here's a little bit of info that may help you out and make you smile. Oakland California

On 12/10/03 I was approached by 2 white guys about 20-25 yrs in a late model Ford Expedition (maybe an Explorer) it was Blue. I got the same story about how they were given to much merchandise when they went to pick up an order for there boss. Of course they wanted several hundred dollars for the stuff, And I thought I was getting a good deal by paying $225.00. They even gave me a lift to an ATM. The system is cheap china made junk with an over inflated suggested Retail of $1999.00. They even had a color newspaper style catalog with several different surround sound systems in it, including the one they were selling for about $1800. They Had a sales receipt for the original pick up order and there were graphics and advertising on the outside of the SUV. I don't recall the name on the truck but it was something like Precision Audio or stereo (not sure}. I was a trusting Fool. I should have known. My path will cross with them again. They know how determined I will be when Justice is in my sights. I did get the Lic# of the truck.

Today I got ripped off just like everyone else. Two white males in a silver explorer in orlando FL right across from UCF. I was on my way home from a test when they pulled me over. Like a retard i feel for they're pitch even though i knew something wasn't right. But the speakers had serial 3's and model #s and one of the guys even went into the bank with me. Well as soon as I got home I looked these speakers up before i even tested them out because i knew things weren't adding up. Turns out i was right. The kicker is i had the police come and i told them everything and they said they're is nothing they can do. I need all the information possible out there to give to the police. If anyone has a copy of the bogus adds they show, or reciepts, or even a phone # of one of the cons, anything i need it for not only the police but the credit card company. Yes i stupidly took the dude with me into my bank and got a $500 cash advance on my mastercard. Help me out I am a poor college kid who can't afford to make the dumb decision I did. Thanks and pray to God that these a##holes will rot in hell for what they are doing.
