Wow, I wish I would have researched the NUMEROUS BAD REVIEWS out there regarding this company before I bought from them. I am in Canada, this ‘company’ is in the U.S.A.

I bought a portable digital audio recorder/player  from this ‘company’ last year off Ebay. It took much longer than expected to ship to me, and when it finally arrived, it didn’t work right out of the box – cost me 50 dollars U.S.

I sent an email to the company explaining this, and they replied with a friendly email. 

Now 3 weeks after it arrived my wife and I were moving across the city from one apartment to another, and also, I had just started a new job after working elsewhere for 10 years; the reason I wanted the recorder/player in the first place was to listen to music etc. at my new job, which is allowed. The point is, I didn’t have the attention necessary to repack this totally useless device and ship it back to audosavings.

But you know, even their Ebay ad for this item clearly indicated: 1 year warranty, so, I did have some time to return the device. The whole thing left my mind for several months, and indeed there was some procrastination involved, however I did finally pay to ship the rubbish back to the ‘company’, and I have indisputable proof that I shipped it back BEFORE the warranty was up.

I waited several weeks after I shipped it, and I received no communication from their end, so I phoned them. I told them my RMA #, which they had sent me previously, then they hung up on me. I called right back and when you call these people anyway you go through an automated menu system, and when I entered my selection for customer service as I had done 2 minutes prior, I was automatically placed on hold. I put my phone on speaker and continued doing my work at the office. 15 minutes later I thought – these guys are bums, and I hung up.

I contacted them via email and at first they responded cordially enough, but when I emailed a follow up to their reply with documented information about my purchase and my RMA#, guess what… nothing more from them.

This ‘company’ deserves all the negative comments they receive from their apparently large number of dissatisfied customers. What a joke!
