Do not shop at Auffenberg Kia in Belleville, we purchased a kia Sedona, and they gave us such a run around. No one knew what anybody else was doing.

We made our deal and everybody was happy, the day after the deal was made I noticed on the paperwork that they put the wrong color of van on our information, so I called and said this was incorrect.

They corrected it and no more was said to me about the incident, 4 days later the bank calls me where we were getting the loan and said they had resubmitted a new price for the van we purchased it was 1400.00 more than what we originally agreed with.

I thought it was a mistake and called Auffenberg (Tony Brinker - Sales Manager), he said that the van we had purchased cost more than the one on our original paperwork, I told him that was not our mistake, and how are they going to correct it.

He was incredibly rude and did not care how we felt about the situation, he did not even have the curtiousy to call about the mistake, he let the bank do it. He had also promised us a referral bonus of 100.00, and because I was upset about the whole mistake, he will not give me that either.

I called the head of the company and he seemed sympathetic and told me he would take care of the situation and will call me back, (Carlos Sanchez), he never called me back, and I left him 10 messages and he never returned my call, poor poor way of doing business, I would have returned to buy another vehicle, because I love my kia, but not after all of this, we were definetly ripped off.

I really believe they do this to most of there clients to get them to sign at a lower price and then turn it around at the very end when there is not much you can do at that point. Auffenberg has ripped us off twice now, I should have learned my lesson buying a suzuki from them, but I did not and came back for more. (They had cheated us out of 500.00 that time, but we did get that back from them.)
