I purchased on April 3, 2012 what I thought were cute black and white check bloomers. Before purchasing I contacted the owner via e-mail to request a custom pair because I knew the pair that she was selling on her shop page would not fit properly. I was e-mailed back by Auramatic to include my measurement along with my purchase, and a additional fee would be charged to make a custom pair.

The bloomers were purchased through PayPal in which I paid a total of $41, and included my measurements in the notation box on the invoice page. On the page where the bloomers were listed, AuraMatic states that it takes about 15 days to make and process your order. AuraMatic never contacted me back concerning the additional fee, so I e-mailed them on 4/18/2012 to inquire as to when should I expect my bloomers, keeping in mind that they had already said that it was a additional fee for custom bloomers.

The next day on 4/19 the owner e-mailed me back apologizing for the delay, and that she was working on my bloomers with "No" mention of the additional fee to my surprise. The owner said that they should be mailed off in the next 2 to 3 days. The bloomers came in the mail on 4/24 inside a zip-lock bag with a note  attached saying, "I hope you enjoy the bloomers, and don't forget to write feedback on my shop page." Well, the bloomers did not fit, and were the size that she had displayed on the discription page of her shop that were already made to sell as is.

I was very disappointed, and did not want to have to return these by standing in line at the post office. That was the reason I gave her my measurements, because I knew the listed one's would fit to snug, and that I would need additional room so that they would fit loose like bloomers should fit. I e-mailed AuraMatic on 4/25 morning concerning the bloomer's not fitting. Also, I expressed in my e-mail that the bloomers fit snug, and that No room was left for a proper fit.

Late afternoon Esty asked for feedback while I was on their site about items that I had previously purchased. I left feedback that was Negative, about my shopping experience with AuraMatic, and Etsy posted my feedback on their shop page. In my feedback I said that I was disappointed because I had gone through the trouble of sending measurements, and they still did not fit. I also said that I was annoyed that I was going to have to stand in line at the post office to return them.

Futhermore, I said that I paid a high price for all the headache involved with returning these. I did not want to go through the process of returning this item back and forth via mail. In my e-mail to AuraMatic I asked for a refund, because the bloomer's were not custom made, and I had patiently waited 21 days for her to send me what they already had listed on their shop page.

When the owner said via e-mail that I had given Etsy Negative feedback, and that they posted it to her shop page, the owner went balistic and responded nasty. Basically in this e-mail she told me I had No right to leave Negative feedback without allowing her to fix the bloomers. That if I want better customer service then I should shop at Wal-Mart, and that is where all the problems start.

I spend hundreds of dollars monthly on-line shopping, and I know exactly what and what not to order in clothing. I never purchase items that I know I need a more custom fit, and I never have to return items because I go by the listed measurements. I know exactly what my size is in actual measurements and do not purchase by the designer's listed size. Sizes differ from designer to designer, so you need to know your measurements, and the garments measurements as well before purchasing in which I always do.

In AuraMatic first response to my request for a refund she admitted that they usually charge additional for custom bloomers, and that I had not paid extra, and was sent the bloomers that I purchased on the Black and White checked bloomers discription page upon my purchase. Yet, AuraMatic is telling Etsy, and PayPal that they made these custom for me, and custom bloomers cannot be returned. This is fraud, anytime you sent a buyer a item that is different from what was agreed upon.

They are claiming that they custom made a item for me, but they sent me another size, admitted that they sent me the displayed item on-line in the wrong size, and is now saying that they custom made it, so that they do not have to issue me a refund. AuraMatic has further insulted me by telling me to contact Etsy to take the Negative feedback off of their shops page, and that as long as the negative feedback is on their shop's page that even thou I sent them their bloomers back on Saturday 4/28 with a return delivery reciept, they still will refuse to refund my money once they have recieved the bloomers until I remove the Negative feedback.

In their e-mail the owner also insulted me further by saying she does not know me, and that she does not trust me, so even thou she has her bloomers back and my money, she doesn't trust that I will contact Etsy to have the Negative feedback removed. Shouldn't it be the other way around... considering that they lied twice about the transaction, refuse to issue a refund, and by tomorrow they will have both bloomers and my money. I have expressed over, and over again to Etsy, and PayPal that my objective was, and still is to resolve this peacefully and quickly like adults.

But, this vile store owner seems to enjoy all the negativity, and is on some sort of control trip. This woman that owns the store is not mentally well, and if you do business with this mean, spiteful, evil, mean-spirited woman she will lie, and pull every stunt to keep you from honestly expressing your shopping experience. When you attempt to express your disappointment with her merchandise, this vile woman throws verbal insults through e-mails like a mad rabbid dog.

AuraMatic's owner is a horrible business owner, and instead of behaving as a professional, she plays childish control games, and refuses to refund your money unless you write her Positive reviews about her poorly ran shop. Bottomline do not shop there unless you are willing to be agreeable to every single thing she does, because she will not allow her customers to write any truthful feedback concerning their shopping experience.

I would never lie, and post unfair feedback about any business unless it were true. Etsy gives the shop owners rules, and the guildlines for all stores that use their web-site. If a Etsy customer post something untrue, and spiteful Etsy store owners have the right to petition Etsy's Dispute Department to remove it, so this whole dispute is not just me being a unhappy customer. This owner knows that my feedback was true, and is angry because she knows that she missed the mark.

I never expect business owners to be perfect, all I care about is for the owner to handle each dispute accordingly, and to be fair that is what matters.

I thought this was America, and that there is a such thing as freedom of speech, Shopper's Beware Do Not shop at AuraMatic, they will Take your Money and Run!!!
