I tried to purchase their organic face treatments, but changed my mine, too expensive, and didn't want an auto ship.  The company then called me at home, and said I was getting a special.  After I received 4 products I used one for my eyes.  I had a extreme allergy reaction, which gave me an extra bag under my eyes, and was ill for a week.  I called the company to return the product but was denied an RMA.  I then returned the 4 products, one pen opened, one pen empty and one pen unoppened and one face cream unopened.  I paid $94.83 for all 4.  I then called two weeks later and spoke with Chrisopher, who calls himself the owner, and was denied again a refund.  I then hung up. 

He then called back and left me a very abusive and nasty message, saying that within 24 to 48 hours I was going to see a refund.  However, he also said that, I was a fraudulent customer, that he had reported me to the legal department and never to buy anything.  In addition, he says that I should sue my doctor for not only destroying my physicalness, but also my mental capacity."  However, two days later I get a refund for the reidculous amount of $10.  I did tell him I was going to file complaints if he did not give me a refund; howeer, he does not seem to care about that.  I am a CPA Candidate and don't appreciate to be defrauded and abuse by this company.  Be ware of their "30 day policy, with 100% guarntee." at  I tried to print their webpage, but the part of the guarantee won't print.

AuraVie deceptive advertising and Unauthorized Credit Charges

I too have become a victum of AuraVie's deceptive advertising. The promotional link I purchase from used words like "satisfaction guaranteed, 30 day Trial, & 30 Day money back guarantee", but I saw no mention of 10 day trial or $98 delayed charge.  The form I filled out clearly stated $0.00 for product cost (in red) and $2.98 for shipping and handling for a trial product. I was told that the reason the package does not contain the details of this sup-posit agreement that I entered into is because, "they don't have to put it in writing on my receipt."  My package receipt clearly stated that what I received was "Auravie Risk Free Trial" for the price of $0.00. The phone rep was rude and said I could not get a refund period. I called my credit card company and filed a dispute. I figured that if a phone rep was this rude that the company was not going to act in good faith, so, I should discontinue communications with them and only deal with my credit card company.

You Have the Wrong Tina!

Oh my heavens, how can you assume that I'm the same Tina.  I'm a CPA Candidate, a devout Catholic, and don't do such vulgar things as you describe, as God is my witness.  I am aware of the kooks out here coming online; however, I'm not one of them.  This is what happens when you ASSUME: you make a fool out of you and ME.  I substituted the word fool for the first three letters assume spells.  In addition, you have broken a Commandment, of "false witness."  I don't even live in Santa Ana.  I only have a mailing address there.  I would not say what city is my physical address, because you could be one person who will sue me on false accusations, like you just did.  On the other hand, you could be Christopher from the company I complained about, pretending that you are Tina, either way, making false accusations is very wrong.  As I try to guide myself spiritually, scripture teaches to "say what you mean, and mean what you say," which is just what I did.  Someone took $95 dollars of mine, has the products, acknowledges it received the products, and tells me he is going to give me a refund, and then he gives me $10, viloating my consumer rights and his fraudulent ad on his website,, that reads: 30 day satisfaction guarantee.  And then when I tried to print the guarantee part, it will not print.  If all of this is not fraudulent, I don't what is.  I also have attended one and a half year of law school, and withdrew because it was not about representing the law, but about "gold digging."  So, therefore, before you make an accusation, you need to get your facts straight.  Yes, there are many Tina's in Santa Ana and everywhere else, but THIS TINA IS NOT THE ONE YOU FALSELY ACCCUSED.  I'm am going to contact management of and my attorney to track you down.  My guess, is that you are Christopher, posing falsely as a Tina.  There is not logical explanation, because the report was just filed yesterday, now today you have filed a rebuttal.  No one else knew so soon I was going to file complaints.  I will report all you and your company to the Sate and Federal Fraud Departments, and will file a slandering and defamation law suit.

OMG I found a picture of the woman saying she is Tina from Santa Ana and she is definately not me

OMG I found a picture of this woman portraying herself as me.  I don't think any skincare products will help her.  Please someone stop this impersonator from saying she is me.  thanks - the real tina from Santa Ana.

Beware of Tina. She is a nutcase. I should know because she tried her blackmail tactics on my company.

My name is Tina.  I am from Santa Ana.  The woman who wrote the original report on auravie skincare is not me.  She has used my name and identity before to try to swindle and blackmail companies into giving her free products and refunds for products she never intended to pay for.  She actually tried this con on several companies and it has gotten back to me.  The last company she tried this with (I will not name them here as to protect the innocent) she claimed her/my vagina became dry and brittle after wearing their adult diapers.  Well I have never used adult diapers and this was very embarassing when I was contacted about that particular scam she was trying to pull off.  I must make it clear here.  I, Tina from Santa Ana, have never used the product she is reporting here, but the company called me (she used my real phone number when ordering) after she threatened to file reports with every consumer group unless they succomed to her evilness. I have notified the police department, and the company she is maligning here is going to press charges.  So far we have found over a dozen companies she has tried to do this to. Don't trust a word she says.
