I just received a trial offer shipment of Auravie  skincare products today. I do not remember ordering, so I googled the company name and saw Ripoff reports on the first page. After reading some of the complaints, I decided to send this order back and cancel any further shipments. However when I called their customer service toll free number they were closed. The automated system asked if I wanted to cancel. But just when I was about to press "1" to cancel, the next sentence was "and be charged" x dollars to your credit card. I decided to wait to call customer service when they are open on Monday.

Also, I went to their website to see the fine print about the 10 day trial. I see that my 10th day is on Monday as the invoice says that the item was shipped on the 3rd. Today is the 11th. Since the item was delivered First Class mail by the USPS, I checked the USPS website and tracked the shipment. Auravie shipped the package on the 9th, NOT on the 3rd as the invoice states. When I call them on Monday to cancel and get an RA#, I really hope they do not give me a hard time as I will be recording the entire phone call. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I will update this report after my phone call on Monday.
