Aurora Loan Services - Lehman Brothers Contract Fraud - Loan Modification Cashiering Fiasco - Negative Credit Reporting - Deceit Littleton Colorado

So, I'm not alone in dealing with this extremely deceitful company?!? I accidentally stumbled on this site and was absolutely stunned to read that Aurora has victimized so many other people...Was amazed to discover the parallels in our stories.

We entered into a loan mod with Aurora. Our original loan was an ARM. Spoke with Aurora and was presented a modification with a much lower interest rate, rectified our past due balance, and was 30-yr fixed note. Completed all of the paperwork (notarized, etc), and was mortified learn that Aurora began misapplying our loan payments to the past due balance (which was rolled into the modification) and created a false escrow account allegedly for our account. This was in January 2008...

Here it is almost a year later...157 phone calls...and over 320 hours of logged talked time...with no fix in sight. My loan was transferred without documentation to a new servicer that insists that we are behind in our payments. After providing them a fully executed official copy of my loan mod, official loan payment history, and other docs, they now want me to enter into an agreement with them that basically ignores my loan mod with Aurora...in other words, they are looking to "re-charge" me the same amount that was put into the principal balance of my loan modification!

I have hired an attorney and completed all of my "due diligence" steps, but still have not received a response from Aurora. I provided copies of everything to the Aurora VP that signed the mod agreement. I mistakenly thought that she would take action...No response from her either.

Here are the names of all of the individuals at Aurora that were participants in my loan mod disaster. All were mailed complete packets (32 pages) of documented info via fax and certified mail.
