aurora loan services they have put me in a harder hardship then what i was in before.they have lyed to me they have made me spend money that i really couldn't spend and on top of that they have went into accounts without Internet

i have been trying to modify my loan with aurora loan services over two years and have not had any luck with them.i have done everything aurora loans asked of me and i have not received anything from them but lies everything that i done was wrong and i had to keep sending the same paperwork.it got so bad they put me in a modification tryout for three months.then come back and tell me i dont quaify.then they come back after some months and tell me im 9 payments behind.then they come and tell me and the better business bureau.that they offered me a loan modification that im still as of today have not received.then because they said that they could not get in contact with me they denied me there was someone in contacted with them at all time.then the payments changed from the first of the month to when they wanted the money.then they started taking money out of accounts without permission.then they just said there going to forclose anyway.
