Aurora Loan Services Deceptive Loan Modification I've never missed a payment. Request for modification denied. Littleton Colorado Colorado

The seemingly nice folks at Aurora Loan Services have played a big game and have jerked me around. Making me resubmit their paperwork several times, writing letters of explanation of my present distress situation.

I regard myself as a great customer. Since I took out my mortgage in 2006, I have made each payment right on time, never been late. However, presently being employed in the automobile industry. I have a legitimate distress or crisis situation with my present income and not being able to afford the ridiculously high interest rate on my adjustable rate mortgage.

My request for modification assistance was flatly denied and they offered me no other explanation. I'm going to have to analyze my options. I have an impeccable credit rating and high fico score. But I may have to give the "wonderful folks" at Aurora my home back via foreclosure. I hate to do this but my options are running out.
