Aurora Loan Services - Lehman Brothers outrageous charges Littelton, Scottsbluff, Ft. Lauderdale Colorado, Nebraska, Florida

Dear Colleagues:

Please see attached a copy of recent submitted complaint filed around March 2006.

"My mortgage loan was sold by Small Business Administration to Aurora Loan Services. The original amount of my loan was in the amount of $59,000. I have been making payments in the amount of $272.00 since 1999. As of today, April 2006, I have a loan balance of $67,000. Since the sale of my loan to Aurora I have constantly been charged fees for property preservation, unrequested property appraisals, escrow shortage, motion for reliefs (errors because of lost payments by Aurora employees), foreclosure cost, attorney fees, clerk filing, skip trace, mobile home title services, service of process, etc. I feel that that Aurora are breaking several Truth I Lending Acts Laws and the HOEPA Law. I have contact several agencies (FTC, BBB, etc.)

Since I filed my complaint to Rip-off Report.com, I have been in contact with the State of Nebraska and the State of Colorado Attorney General Office and have been informed that the only way that they will investigate a company is if more than one individual file a complaint. So, if this is the case anyone that have been having problems with Aurora Loan Services please contact the State of Nebraska Attorney General Office, c/c: Holli, 2115 State Capitol Building, Lincoln, NE 68509 or the State of Colorado Sttorney General Office to see whether there will investigate Aurora Loan Services.
