Auslogics, augslogics.com with oncluster Corporat Lost a total of nearly 300 dollars. 80 dollars from past few days and nearly 1000 USD in damages Internet

This is the 2nd time I have tried to post a report. The first time it would not show, I have sent a photo to this site since it has my personal name on it. The original email was concerning Auslogics Anti Virus, and Boost speed products. I have bought since August estimate at 15 products to prevent problems with my computer as Well as my daughter brand new one. Then others were gifts for friends. Well, the 1st concern noted was my friend saying something happened to his computer and had to buy a new windows disk immediatly after installation. I had no issues. Until 1 week later when I noticed my desk top had turned black and had a windows copyrite infringment warning. After researching this I found it was a supposed 32 and 64 bit compatability issue. Not being computer saavy, I left it be. Until a few days ago My son was on it and started complaining of it shutting down during games. So i went to check. I then started to make some changes to the virus software and noticed my changes were not saving. Then I tried to uninstall it and it would not let me. It kept recreating itself and making new users. I contacted the site. But by the time they returned my email my computer was done for, all it opens now is word scripts. Thier email states niether computer was registered with there products. I would need to uninstall, and how to do the uninstallation then prompted me to get a new anti virus. Magically it uninstalled from that computer. Concerned I went and pulled that computer from network and then to try and uninstall it from my daughters. I fought hard, I bought more auslogics, I came so close to losing everything on hers, I would try to be ahead of it and it would come behind me and delete everything. Her c drive's name has been changed and probably 5 newly created users. Auslogics was detecting thousands of problems. But did nothing but to make it worse after thier own product failed to protect 2 pc's. I lost one desk top. I have good reason to believe this one is on its way out as well. I can not open its default Norton, or disable it. One program for anti virus Mcaffee* wont even work when I tried to get a download from them afterwards. I lost a total of over 1000.00 not including other computers which failed. To include the one that failed and my lap top mini. I spent roughly 300 USD and that includes the 100 I spent trying to get help from the products to save my daughters. I have nothing from this money I spent. Also nearly ruined a friend laptop telling them it was such a great anti virus. Also I now seem to have internet monitored and controlled by unknown source. I can not go to some website with out recieving errors.
