Byers beware this is a terrible company to work with from start to end on every aspect of the job. Run by an unprofessional owner who recently bought the company and is the project manager. Contrary to what he says when pitching the sale, actually hires inexperienced and unqualified sub contractors with shoddy skills and give an excuse or argument and long delays for fixing the issues every step of the way. Started a big project 7 weeks ago that was supposed to take a week and am still waiting for them to finish the tile job properly which was installed by the owner and is not level or straight. This is after they had to redo other parts of the job which was done improperly.

They have extremely poor communications skills and will outright ignore customers as well as the contractors hired to work for him. Doesn’t ensure the contractors have the proper materials or design causing constant delays, and doesn’t schedule the work in a timely manner with no concern for the customer who’s house is under construction for weeks on end left in a huge mess while they take their time doing work that has to be redone. Sub contractors are bitter and speaking badly of the company putting the customer in the middle of conflicts, even threatening to take a lien out on my house for no reason other than they are aware of some other bad experiences when the company didn’t pay someone for doing work in the past, even when the bill for this house is paid in full to Austin Bluffs Flooring. The quoted discount price isn't worth the low quality product, improper installation, or stress involved in managing the job over a long period of time. Very disappointed in this expensive experience overall and wish I had hired a different company.
