I ordered a Wismec Predator 228 on 4-25-2017. The product I received was defective. I've emailed and called vapenw a number of times only to get a voicemail in which you can not leave a message and I file a claim with them on 5-25 about the issue. I was told I had to pay for a manufactory warranty in which on their website is "Out of Stock". They also told me because of a major fire at their warehouse, no refunds will be issued.
I want my money back. This company is full of scams.
